How much will a new kitchen or bedroom cost?

A:      Every kitchen is unique and we see that as a good thing. Because of this we are unable to give you a price until we have obtained a brief            of what you’re trying to achieve and provided you with a computer aided plan of your project, which, of course, is a service we offer free of          charge.

 

Can you make my kitchen or bedroom bespoke?

A:     Yes - as we manufacture all of our products every project is bespoke. We offer hundreds of styles and colours to choose from.

 

How long will it for you to give me a quote? What happens?

A:      We understand that your time is valuable so we don’t expect you to sit with us for hours on end designing your project. We do an initial                survey and brief which normally takes around 15 minutes. We then go away and plan your kitchen in our time and invite you into the                    showroom at a convenient time for you to look over the plans and make any changes needed. We then produce and provide you with a              quotation. This takes approx 30 minutes. 

 

I have had a quote from another company - can you beat it?

A:       We pride ourselves on being very competitive. We don’t have silly 50% off offers, we just offer an honest service for an affordable price.              We won’t ask to see your previous quotation; we will just offer you our best price first time round.

 

Do I have to buy a complete kitchen or do you just supply something? 

A:        We have built up a reputation of being one of Nottingham’s best makeover companies. We can supply you with a full kitchen including                 appliances and fitting or we can supply you with just a worktop. Visit us in store and ask our representative for more information.

 

How long will it take before my project can be installed?

A:        From the point of order we aim to start the installation within as little as 4 weeks

 

I want to keep some of my existing appliances - can you work around these?

A:        Yes, this isn't a problem at all. We will design your kitchen with this in mind and will work around what you would like to keep. Afterall, it's               your project!

A:        We can offer competitive quotes on any of the above work. We only use recognied, reputable tradesmen who have worked with us                       previously and work to the same standards as us.  

 

Can you provide me with a free design and quotation please?

A:        Yes - we do not charge for our quotation or our design.
